Well we didn't move to Egypt and we didn't go mad but now we have our own pyramid indeed! Inspired by your requests, our pyramid is a new idea that suits your requests like a glove and makes our music available in three ways, for all your pockets, now in our catalogue.

A sensible response to the abuse of P2P (and it's important to remark that it's the file sharing abuse to create damage to the labels and artists, rather than the sensible use of it), is to give everybody a chance to buy music without draining any bank account. It's easy to point our finger to people who copy music... but all in all if we test our conscience, then we find out that many people just can't afford to spend that much, and that's why our Pyramid was founded. With only 1 pound or 1.5 euro/dollar, you can now buy a song. We are aware that CDs are expensive and not everybody can afford to buy music today, as much as if everybody just copies music, then the artists won't be able to carry on composing and labels like ours wouldn't carry on producing. MP3s are cheap, quick and give peace of mind as well as Economy CDs are another cheap way to buy our albums. Music sale has never been more flexible than today... what better way to make everybody happy?

Our Pyramid is a concrete answer to everybody's questions. When you click on our catalogue, you can find 3 different prices (on ordinary CDs) which means that the selected item is available in three ways:

Maethagone - our well known original heptagonal CD case
MP3 - now finally available so cheap!
Economy CDs - you can't afford to buy our CDs... now you can. It's the ideal for the ones only interested in music and who don't pay too much attention to the package.

Maethagone (Heptagonal CD case)

This creative and ambitious CD case is an idea of Maeth. 7 is a number we love and the heptagonal shape was already known in magic for useful purposes. We started our activity with this format and it'll always mean a sign of distinction for our label, despite the fact our pyramid recently promoted more ways of spreading our music.

It remains substantially the same size of normal CD packs, and , it just leans out of your CD rack in a distinctive way without being considered an "invasor" in your CD rack.

Due to the original shape it's also a great present, and a distinctive piece to add to your CD collection.

Economy CD

As Maethagone is our creation, we could say that economy CDs is half your idea. What happened is that many people asked if there was a way to buy our albums and singles in a cheaper way, rather than in our Heptagonal cases because they can't afford to spend that much. Well, here we are: Economy CDs are CD albums wrapped in a normal Jewel case with no cover. In this way you can only pay for the album and no costs of heptagonal CD case and covers are charged. The cover will be available here on our website, so that you can print it yourself and stick it in your Jewel case or just keep ypur CD with the titles printed on its surface, if you prefer, it's up to you whether you want your cover or not. This is the best solution for all the ones who claimed to be interested in the music itself and nothing else. The Economy CD includes bonus tracks as well as the Maethagone CD, basically the music aspect of our CDs is completely untouched.

And again, here's one more evidence of how your suggestions grow up along with us. Many of you expressed the need of a cheaper way to buy our music, in order to support our bands. A couple of words about distributors:

The current distribution worldwide is the main responsible of the excessive pricing policy applied to some CDs and of the poor quality of most the CDs easy to find everywhere. It seems like we are gradually going towards the negation of our freedom to choose even to watch a videotape, by the time that videorecorders are disappearing... as it was wrong to have more options. We like to be free to choose. A good distributor should be able to sell. When Maeth has been working with other labels before ours, she didn't have the possibility to live of her proper artistical job. We are aware of many artists that struggle to live because not enough supported by their labels and producers. By the time we didn't join most large distributors, and mostly joining the indipendent ones, and especially thanks to your support, our artists live of their job and are able to create, and you got them in your choice list. We are between the very few ones which remunerates their artists 50% of sales (+ royalties).

That's not bad at all.
