If you haven't got paypal facility and you'd like to place your order, then just send us a blank email to orderonline@maethelyiah.com and get an automatic order form for the full listing of products currently available. All you have to do is to fill it by just entering the number of copies on each line item you're interested, the method of payment you prefer (see below payments accepted) , and by giving your full name and address, telephone number, so that we can trace you in case of urgent communication, (approximate filling time, 1 minute if you're quick!) We will provide you with a receipt that your order is in process. This will need to be confirmed by you. Then you can simply provide your payment in the way you prefer and receive your order within the following couple of weeks!If you want to write instead, then please contact our customer service to get our new address.
If you place your order via post, please clearly explain the items and quantity you want to order, your full personal details and the payment that suits you best between the accepted ones. You can also anticipate the payment along with your written request. This speeds up the process because allows the your order to be sent much quicker.
PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERY ORDER MUST BE CONFIRMED BY YOU. We always send an email as a confirmation to check that your order is properly entered. That email needs confirmation by you. Paypal it's being recently introduced. Please feel free to email our customer service if you're experiencing any kind of misfunction or problem.
Bank transfer can be very cheap and quick here in the Uk, but not for any foreign country due to the heavy taxation applied. Just scroll down to view our bank details. Payments to be addressed to I.A.P. - Natwest Bank - BIC NWBK GB 2L - IBAN GB26 NWBK 6021 4040 6138 95.
Postal money orders: For every payment outside the UK, we do recommend to pay via eurocheque or international money order and not through bank transfer. The only reason for this recommendation is the enormous difference between taxes applied by Post Offices (very cheap) and by the Banks (unfortunately not very encouraging at all). Please contact Customer Service to get details.
Cash We NEVER recommend to send cash, but if you really can't find a safest way, or a friend who can make the payment for you, please hide it well and report your order number in the envelope so that we still can register your payment and send your order. Always contact Customer Service to get the correct address.
Should you wish to request a promotional copy of some of our items, please contact us at enquiries (at) maethelyiah.com and give full details and description of your activity, possibly with link to your website. We can't accept requests from private use.
please note:
1) We don't apply silly "99" politic (like 4.99 instead 5.00) to delude people to save some money: most times that penny is just a pain where we all know, and displays a lack of honesty, as far as we are concerned. Just remember: you didn't save that penny, you've just paid 99 pence more!
2) We don't deal with most distributors, because we don't agree with their percentages that very often constrict artists to do everything else than their real job to survive: this kills the real ART. All the others are welcome! ;-)
3) If you have a gothic shop, a CD shop, a mailorder catalogue, or you simply sell CDs on your own, or whatever you think might be compatible with our music and literature, feel free to apply for larger orders. You'll get good discounts for the next publications, free CDs and gadgets.
We are not a major label and live of our own job here. Any contribution to our expansion is blessed and welcome. Before you place any order we need you to keep an eye on your mailbox because an email will be sent to you to verify that your order is correctly entered. THAT EMAIL NEEDS TO BE CONFIRMED BY YOU and until we don't receive confirmation, your order will be held in a queue. A delay in your confirmation will cause a delay in your order to be processed and delivered. Please feel free to contact us for any doubt or info, we'll be pleased to help.
Please note that unless clearly stated in our website, this is the only place you can buy original music of Blooding Mask. Any other website not listed in our links claiming to sell limited editions or any of the Blooding Mask CDs is probably fraudulent (which most of the times means a bad copy) and we strongly recommend you not to purchase from them and to report them to us.
These people kill arts and steal in our artist's fridges... don't let the bastards get away with it. They can certainly afford to sell copies cheaply because they don't pay the artists they are damaging. Can you afford to loose your favourite artists? This is not only about Blooding Mask, but about all your favourite artists. Thanks.
* Any items held in the queue on top of the page mean that there has been a missing/delay of confirmation from you to our email to check that your order has been placed correctly. If your order hasn't been shipped within two weeks from the confirmation date, please contact our Customer Service immediately.
